With the continuous escalation and evolution of the COVID-19 epidemic, we are now facing together unprecedented health emergency scenarios. This pandemic affects us all, in one way or another, and we believe it is correct and fair to inform you about the emergency management measures taken at Roma Convention Group and EUR S.p.A., our parent company.

Our priority is to protect the health and safety of employees, customers, and their families. From March 3rd, 2020, ahead of time, we decided to close our offices to ensure the greatest caution regarding safety in the workplace. Currently, activities are covered by our employees who conveniently work from home, thanks to the investments in technology and innovation made by the company in recent times.
Undeferrable operational activities, such as maintenance, are guaranteed while respecting the safety of workers and users.

Today more than ever, we are connected to each other. We wish to emphasize the need for everyone's cooperation, in compliance with government directives, to overcome this dramatic situation as soon as possible and to safely resume our congress activities for a brighter future.
